Weather Control And Strikes.

Weather control? You must be daft.Just another conspiracy nutter.

Yet another conspiracy theory has proved to be true.In fact weather control was known about in the nineteen fifties.More on that later.

When Gordon Brown became Prime Minister of the U K. on 27th June 2007,after the stained and tainted teller of whopping porky pies resigned, I suspected, because Brown had such a lack lustre image, that something would happen to try and change our perception of him.

Britain had been experiencing heavy rains before Brown took up his post,but then the weather got worse.
The U.K. was engulfed in really heavy flooding,Suddenly this dull boring looking man is transformed from a Clark Kent to a Superbrown.The T.V. and newspapers really went for this one. He  would be seen looking oh so concerned as he talked to the flood victims., with almost non-stop coverage of Brown in his suit dashing from one ravaged town or village to another.
The message was; look at this man, he is so good in a crisis , and he really cares about people.

At the time I had, and still have, a sneaky suspicion that the rain was provided, courtesy of technology.
In typical fashion, the superior powers that be who arranged this, did not give a damn about the people who would go through so much trouble.All that mattered to them that because of the rain , the sun would shine out of.......;I think you get the picture.

It didn't work( in their panic the Elite seem to be making a lot of mistakes),or rather it worked for the days that it was going on, but super brown was soon forgotten when he  showed his natural colours ; a rather dull grey
with a risk of thunder on the way.

People are not as stupid as Politicians would like to believe.

The next time the weather started acting out of character was when the students in the U.K went to the streets complaining about the ludicrous tuition fee hike.I wonder what was said behind strictly closed doors.Was it something like this?" Ιf we use water cannon, there will be an outcry,so that's out of the question.What can we do?"This to another grey hollow suit. Hollow suit's response;"Simple, we throw snow over them , and make it so bleeding cold, they won't want to go out on the streets again.It's called weather control, and all it takes is a phone call to a certain under cover organization.Yes I think we'll go for that; it just needs the P.M's O.K.which he is bound to give".

When I say that the weather was acting out of character I wasn't being flippant. It hadn't acted this way for over a hundred years.Temperatures were 5 degrees below average, and it was the coldest December in over one hundred years.Snow was almost non-stop through December , right up to and through Christmas.

Nothing like putting people off going to the streets when its freezing and snow is falling all the time.

What got me onto the weather control theory, the notion that Governments arrange for certain types of weather when the natives or slaves are getting restless.was after noticing the weather in Greece almost every time a strike took place.

It was peculiar.A strike would start, and that good old sunny Greek sky would suddenly transform into a black filled monster spewing out really heavy rain, or sometimes massive hail storms.This freak weather would, of course, last until the strike or demonstration had ended.;when the natives had stopped beating their drums and wet and exhausted had returned home, if they were lucky enough to have a home in austerity riddled Greece.

The times this has happened are, believe me, more than is statistically possible.In Northern countries possibly, but not in Greece.

I used to say to people when the skies got dark:"Must be a strike on today in Athens".Most people dismissed the thought of any Government  having, as they put it:"the power of God".

I have also noticed that since the May 6th Elections the skies,although still having that old favourite, Chemtrails,most days are more like English skies; dull and grey with the threat of rain or a storm.This makes me wonder if this is done on purpose, and maybe people who live in cloudy countries are more controllable, or possibly more fearful. If so this would make them vote for someone they know, rather than a stranger.Cloudy days certainly make people depressed, as without the sun , they are not getting intakes of vitamin D.Just a thought.

A lot of people deny that weather modification is possible.The simple truth is that it is a fact that we can control the weather.

Since 1950 cloud seeding has been done in the U.S.A.It has also been done in Russia, India and China.This is what Governments have admitted.Probably the tip of the iceberg,

According to the Natural News site:"In Abu Dhabi science has successfully manipulated entire weather systems, causing up to fifty downpours of rain across the Al Ain region".In July and August there were huge storms over this area..

Are Demons All Around Us?

I often wonder what beings,creatures,entities of any and every hue are surrounding us,and yet we can't see them.

We only perceive about 4 to 5% of what is really there in our universe,so that leaves a whopping percentage we are totally unaware of.  Maybe though we are not totally unaware, as people often can feel a presence at certain times in their lives.

The reason we can't see them is that they operate on a different frequency.I am  presuming that there is activity and movement going on all around us,but we have no knowledge of this.

In the old days many cultures believed in possession; that is people being possessed by demons.But,in the last hundred years or more, that idea has not been in fashion.Mental illness is the term now used,if someone is acting weirdly.

The New  Testament is full of stories of Jesus casting out demons.

Is it possible such entities exist?Why would they want to enter people?

The original demons, it is believed came from a lower dimension,and according to the Talmud they are everywhere.
There are also hungry ghosts.Hungry ghosts are people who had such strong desires when they were on this earth that  these desires have kept them trapped in the earth field.They are unable to escape, until they stop having these overwhelming lusts and wants.When they die, unlike most people who go on to have future lives, their spirit remains hovering over the earth.They spend their time searching,all the time, to satisfy their desires.Anyone who has similar tastes to these entities will be targeted,and possession will be attempted.This could explain the serial killers and sex murderers that are far too common.Could it also explain the  killings, usually with knives, that seem to be almost a weekend fixture in British society?

The Chinese believe strongly in these entities.Some Chinese believe that their ancestors return to their houses at certain times of the year,hungry and ready to eat.They even have a festival called:'The Hungry Ghost Festival'. where they honour the ghost guests with food and drink.

In Japanese Buddhism it is believed that Gaki and Jikininki are the spirits of jealousy and greed,who are being punished for their way of life.They are ,therefore, cursed with an unstoppable longing and yearning for any subject that became their obsession in the earthly existence.These two spirits are said to like human corpses!

According to the book of Enoch,demons are the result of the offspring of the fallen angels who mated with women.They are endlessly hungry and forever thirsty,but they have no mouths,so they try and enter people to take over their bodies to feel the sensations through the senses that they crave.

I think it possible that we attract these energy fields when we are in a low negative state, and filled with fear or anger or jealousy.So it it wise to avoid dwelling in these dark areas.of your mind, but always try and have a cheerful, positive take on life.Not easy, I know, but well worth doing.

The word demon is derived from the Greek word 'daimon',which had a different meaning to what it has now.It seems the church changed its meaning.It meant :'divine power,fate or God.'So daimons were more like guardian spirits:some,it seems, were good and some were bad..

Plato said that daimons were middle ranking creatures of the air. Socrates claimed that these were guardian spirits that everyone has.The Greeks believed that these beings could haunt locations,guard property,and cause human sickness.At the same time, though, you could ask them for help.

Demons then were not always considered as only evil.

It is likely that certain angry  words attract them;swearing probably does.It is interesting to note that it is alleged, by those who worked with him that Tony Blair swore all the time.
It might be wise to avoid angry words and swear words.Hungry ghosts would also be attracted to gluttons and heavy drinkers or drug users.,or anyone with overwhelming cravings  or desires.

Are they really for real? It's all illusion,so at the .end of the day they are not, like we are also illusion..
It is best not to give them too much thought,but to be on the safe side,avoid bad words and negative fearful thoughts,as well as any incessant over-indulgences.

Look at what is going on in the World right now;clusters of negative moods are to be found in nearly every country because of the extreme austerity measures inflicted on entire populations.Add in the mix of fear and you have perfect conditions for demons to thrive in.

How many people who control our lives are in fact possessed? This would explain why the policies that they are implementing  are so damaging to each one of us, unless you are the 1%.The mass suicides, the mental illnesses, the confusion, the chaos;these are what demons love.

But there  is good news.If such entities exist in our illusion,it would make sense that good beings exist also.They must be all around us too.
These are the ones we want to attract!

Toilet Flushing And Zen.

Many years ago I was lying in bed one morning when I was woken by someone flushing a toilet.
I was half -awake,and no doubt because I was in this in-between state,I listened intently to the sound,and suddenly that's all there was.
The toilet sound was everything;it filled the universe and it was the universe.I had no sense of self.The sound of the flush was me and the toilet-we were one- but without any sense at all of the 'I'.

Later I realized that what I had experienced was a sort of mini- enlightenment; an immediate awareness of the World of non-duality; a mini satori.
But, this left me when the toilet stopped flushing,and I became fully awake with my head full of the usual menu  of its mundane daily concerns.

According to some people in  Buddhism ,the quickest way to get enlightenment is by using the medium of the ear.


  Ever since the experience I had I often focus on one sound, such as the waves of the sea as they roll into the shore,or the sound of a solitary bird singing its heart out.
The secret  is to totally give all your focus to what you are hearing,and not to let anything else distract you.
Picture the sound travelling across space and time to enter your ear.Then, don't consider space and time or your ear;concentrate only on the sound.Next, picture the sound and your ear becoming one,and, if you are in luck you will have a very profound experience of observer and observed or should I say,listener and the listened to become one.You briefly enter the World of non-duality.You lose all sense of 'I',and a feeling of absolute peace comes over you.

Of all meditations I find this, by far, the easiest to do.At first you might get hints,a few flashes of no observer, no observed,but with practice  these moments should get stronger and longer.

It can be done with any sound, whether it be birdsong or toilet flushing.It doesn't matter what it is.

Sound arises and then stops.It is fleeting with no permanence.But your hearing does not cease;it always is.You are hearing a vibration.The vibration vibrates on your eardrum,and the signal in your brain produces the sound.

Nada Yoga states that the entire cosmos and everything in it consists of sound vibration.It is sound energy in motion.This particular branch of Yoga believes that there are two types of music,external and internal.They believe that we all have our own internal music within us.The individual should listen to his own internal music,and by doing so can become enlightened.

So here are two powerful exercises:

1.Listen to an external sound and go through the motions as mentioned earlier.Try and do this everyday.and after a while, you may well have profound experiences.

2.Listen to your inner music.Firstly lie down, relax completely, breath in a regular pattern,and have the expectation of hearing your inner music.You probably won't hear anything at all at first, but don't worry. just keep doing this everyday to see if you get results.

According to Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj:"The cause of all creation was 'the current of divine light and music'.The music within us is not made by an instrument,but comes from God and is the cause of all outer music".

The above mentioned person claims that once you hear the music within you, you achieve a feeling of bliss that you have never experienced before,and that it enable us to raise far above mere body consciousness.

Kissinger's Plan For Greece-Done.

" So that we can neutralize their ability to develop"

"We can force them to conform".

"Strike at their language".

Whoever said the above was talking about Greece.It must be some old enemy,perhaps some extremist from Turkey?
No, the words above were said by one of Greece's so called allies.Henry Kissinger,who holds the joint distinction of being a Peace Prize holder, as well as being wanted as a war criminal in many countries,said those friendly words above about Greece to a group of businessmen in Washington.D.C. in September 1974..

Here is the full text as taken from the Godlike Productions site:

"The Greek people are anarchic and difficult to tame.For this reason we must strike deep into their cultural roots.Perhaps then we can force them to conform.I mean,of course, to strike at their language,their religion,their cultural and historical reserves,so that we can neutralize their ability to develop, to distinguish themselves to prevail,thereby removing them as an obstacle to our strategically vital plans in the Balkans, the Med and the Middle East."

Let's go through this.

Firstly he says that the Greeks are anarchic.This was said shortly after the fall of the Junta,so one deduces . that Kissinger didn't like the fact that the people had managed to get rid of the U.S.A. backed Junta.So, a people who show they are not brain-washed and half asleep, but have true Greek spirit are accused of being anarchic.

Then he says:"Difficult to tame".Now you can see how such people such as Kissinger view the useless eaters of this World;by using the word'tame' he gives the game away;they consider the people to be like animals who have to be taught how to behave.

"We must strike deep into their cultural roots".

I think it is obvious that over the last 20 years or so,the cultural roots of Greece have been eroded.The showing of countless American T.V. shows has had an enormous impact on the thought patterns and behaviour of the Greeks.The average young Greek now dresses just like the average young American,and has a similar mindset,and uses American expressions.

The traditions of Greece are losing their hold on the young, and it is only in villages and islands where age old customs are still honoured.
Another  gem from his speech: "To strike at their language".

I find this extraordinary; why on earth try and destroy the Greek language?It's almost petty and childish to even consider such nonsense.A large proportion of Greek T.V. is in English(that is American English) as so many  shows are imported from America,whereas a few years ago there were far fewer American series,shows and films.

"Strike at their religion" Ten years ago the Greek Orthodox Church was a force to be reckoned with.Now however, it has hardly any impact on Government policy or peoples lives.

The young,in particular,are no way near as religious as they were a decade ago.But, this , I think , will be difficult to totally uproot,as the roots are very deep.

"Strike at their cultural and historical reserves" Once again this appears to be pathetic, in its desire to take away the identity of the Greek people.Perhaps the yanks are telling the British to keep hold of those precious  marbles!

"So that we can neutralize their ability to develop,to distinguish themselves, to prevail ".

Well, thanks to Goldman Sachs, the I.M.F.,the rest of the money grabbers at the centre of the Tower Of Babel,and other sundry hollow men in the prescribed uniforms of dark suits,who read a script when someone pulls their strings,Kissinger's wish to "neutralize their ability to develop, to distinguish themselves, to prevail" has certainly come true.

Now we can just sit back and see what wonderful plans are afoot in the Balkans, The Med and the Middle East.Whatever plans they are,you can count on it that it will not do the people who live in these areas any good whatsoever,and no doubt the spilling of blood will be involved,as seems to be usual of late,

Kissinger though, has got what he wanted.He must be very satisfied.

Are They Shape-Shifting Lizards ?

Those arrogant words that sound as if they were said in some far  distant century,were said by none other than that Peace Prize winner,Henry Kissinger,who, by the way , cannot fly to many countries in the World,because he is wanted for War Crimes.He was talking to businessmen in Washington D.C. in 1974. This was reported in the popular Greek magazine Oikonomikos Tachydromos on 14.8.97.I found the speech  at the Godlike Productions site.

He seems to have achieved what he, and a host of others wanted,but it took a lot longer,I suspect,   to achieve this, than the powers that be  wanted .Perhaps G, Papandreou's father slowed the plans down by a few years Isn't it great to know that this insanity was all planned out a long time ago,by people who have absolutely nothing to do with Greece. A double suicide was reported yesterday when a 90 year old woman and her 50 year old son plunged to their death after jumping from a roof terrace, on a block of flats ,in Athens.I wonder how those who arranged for Greece's downfall feel, when they read about suicides like this that happen every day.I 'll tell you how I think they feel.They don't feel a thing.Water off a duck's back, or should that be a lizard's back?

Suicides are almost an epidemic in Greece, but we are not alone.In Italy suicides are soaring, as they are in Spain.In Ireland three people a day kill themselves.

These suicides are a direct result of the evil' let's take all their money' con that these countries have had stuffed down their throats, or should I say yanked out of our pockets..

It's a disgrace that a few very rich and powerful beings have the right to dictate the policies that are ruining lives, destroying businesses,creating trouble in families and causing sickness, injury and death; producing mayhem and chaos,those treasured fruits Satan lusts for.

I watched the Queen of England give her yearly speech to Parliament, and to her ,oh so loyal subjects,in December 2011.She said that:"We sometimes need saving from ourselves-from our recklessness and greed,"The obvious hint here is that we, the people have been greedy, and deserve the stiff austerity we are now enduring.
That's from a woman who probably, in truth is the second richest person in the World. The first must be Rothschild.A tiny portion of her wealth  could stop all the suffering in Europe overnight,and she would still be left with a fortune.In fact, some claim she has enough to feed the entire World, and still be left with trillions.

Then you have David Cameron,a direct descendant of King William1V by his mistress Dorothea Jordan: his maternal grandmother was a 2nd baronet and he went, of course, to Eton and then on to Oxford.He is extremely rich,and with his background he does ,of course, have the divine  right to tell other people what to do.I mean, he was raised for this role,to keep the people in their place, just like all his ancestors before him.

He recently gave a speech telling the Greeks not to vote for extremist parties, and to only vote for those parties that want Greek people to be broke and miserable.Nice man.

Then along comes David (please buy my underwear,then you'll be a success like me) Beckham arriving in Greece with, of all people, Princess Anne and Boris Johnson( Cameron's old mate).What a strange trio they looked; one all hair, one looking like she wanted to be at a horse show,and Mr. Role model for the masses, himself.

These three absolutely loaded super people came to austerity torn Greece to take the Olympic Flame, so that  the sun worship ritual can be done in London.Princess Anne sat next to the President of Greece and they both looked really interested in what was going on;these people are taught how to do this, as it takes up quite a portion of their lives.This is their work.Oh, the duties one has to endure;it must be very galling for them.Though I still  think that the Princess would rather have been at a horse show among similar creatures.

These people(no, not Beckham,he is just used by the Elite) and their ilk control our lives.They ruin our lives.

This is  part of the definition of evil according to Wikipedia:" ..discrimination designed to harm others...humiliation of people designed to diminish their psychological well being and dignity.........
destructiveness, motives of causing pain for selfish malicious intentions,and acts of unnecessary or indiscriminate violence."That last one makes me think of cops for some reason; I wonder why!

Don't you get it , these people, by their words and actions have caused tremendous degrees of suffering to large numbers of people.The austerity bomb that they have thrown on the World,and the extra nasty one thrown, on  purpose at Greece, has caused all the symptoms produced by evil.

These beings (can they be human?) are not just in it for the money and the power- although they love both-they have an agenda for the entire human race. It is not an agenda in favour of the human race.A lot of people don't want to believe that the plan is on right now to kill off as many of us as is possible, in any way possible,whether by vaccines, chemtrails, poisoned water, poisoned food,by H.A.A.R.P or starvation. Ask Bill Gates.

Until people realize what is really going on, nothing will change.

Maybe David Icke is right, and they are shape-shifting lizards after all as amazing as that sounds.

They certainly don't have any good human traits.                            



                                                                                              

I Create Reality- So Do You,

I have no idea  where you are reading this,but I do know that wherever you are,whether it be in a room,outside in the countryside,or in a cafe or a bar,everything you see and feel,started out as invisible and without form.It came from the formless into the 'world of form'.
This includes the sky,the earth,the trees.the seas,the planets,you and me,the birds ,fish and animals;everything.
All these came from the invisible.

This is how creation is taking place,although the formless and the formed are of exactly the same essence,the formed appear 'real' to us because of the interaction with our senses.

"If you put it that there is an intangible World that effects the tangible World of our experience,you then can say'This is what quantum mechanics says'".Dr.Jeffrey Satinover,Teaching fellow at Yale University.

You could re-phrase that and write; a spiritual World is effecting the material World.Or,that the formless World is making the so called World of form

The computer in front of you was once completely without form,a fuzzy idea with a vague, difficult to see shape.Look at it now in its formed state.

The chair you are sitting on was once invisible;the table,the walls,the door-all of these were once without form and invisible.That is a fact.

Quantum Physics says that consciousness is playing a role in the universe.It says there is a secret underground that seems to be effecting the 'reality we live in and that this 'reality' we live in is not at all as it appears to be.Dr.Alan Wolf ,Theoretical Physicist.
As Edward Cayce said: "Spirit is the life, mind the builder, physical is the result".

Dr.John Hagelis said: "Plants, trees, planets,animals are all just waves of vibration of an underlying unified superstring field.All the forces of nature,and all the so-called particles of nature are now understood to be-just different ripples on a single ocean of existence.It's a non-material field:the fountainhead of all the laws of nature".

The ancient texts that have been mocked and considered by the masses to be mere ramblings of strange religious hermits or mystics,are now shown  to have contained the truth,as is now proved by science.

The latest physics goes even further,and claims that anything we see only appears solid to us when we observe it.Once we stop looking at the computer,for example, it is no longer there.The computer returns to a wave state of infinite possible locations.

The natural state is a wave state.It is only when we come into the picture that the wave state alters and becomes in a fixed position in space and time.

You have probably heard the saying"Everything he touches turns to gold",but in the case of humankind,everything we look at or touch turns to 'matter'.!

Note the natural state  is a wave state  and can be in infinite possible locations.The wave state is a wave of infinite possibility.It is our brain(which is a hologram) which changes the wave into a particle.

"Although we think we are physical beings moving through a physical World, this is an illusion.We are really 'receivers' floating through a kaleidoscopic sea of frequency".David Bohm.

"There is no out there, independent of what is going on in here". Fred Alan Wolf and Lynne Mctagget.

"What is out there is a vast ocean of waves and frequencies and reality looks concrete to us only because our brains are able to take this holographic blur and convert it into the sticks and stones and other familiar objects that make up our World".Michael Talbot.

I create reality-so do you.
There you have it;you create reality;we all do!
Why not create the reality you would like to see?
Is it really possible to create the reality you would love to see?
You have the answer to that, from what you have been reading.
You are  already 'making it all up'. right now, and have been since you were
 born.
The 'reality'you are now living is the result of the seeds that you planted without knowing
 that you were planting seeds.It's a bit like having a garden, and you walk round it every day and randomly throw seeds everywhere, with no thought of what plants, trees and shrubs are going to appear.This is how your life has been lived.

Why not choose  the types of seeds you want .Then you can plant only these.
Wouldn't you like a beautiful garden that is your very own creation?
A beautiful life as you know it was meant to be,a life of happiness.

You can create  a wonderful reality in your mind that will appear formless,but by the laws of this universe,you can ensure that this 'reality' will manifest before your eyes in the state of form.

Imagine never having to worry about money again.
Imagine not getting stressed when you get a bill.
Imagine being able to buy the things you want whenever you want.

You live in a hologram;you are a hologram.You can manipulate the hologram to your advantage.

Wouldn't you like to be free to spend your days as you wish?
Have a perfect loving relationship?
Open your own business, or go on the holidays you used to only dream about?

It is possible, believe it or not, to achieve exactly what you want in life. And it is surprisingly easy.

How To Wake Up From Your Fevered Dream.Chapter 18.

The Power Of The Word.

Most of us tend to let words stumble out of our mouths without much thought. However, remember the joke:"When does a politician lie ?Every time he talks".I suspect these particular people  make sure their words don't come in contact with the truth.Most of us, though, just let the words come.

Think how many words the average person speaks each day, and at the end of the day, what was really
said? Most of it, probably rubbish.There is, of course, nothing wrong in speaking about many subjects at a mundane level(but, what is really mundane? )- we all do that- as it seems part of life,but by doing this all the time, we forget how powerful words can be.

It is alleged that if an infant is not taught to speak before he become an adolescent,he will not be able to learn to speak.I wonder how many other abilities we could have,and were born to have, that we don't know about.Perhaps in our very young years we should have been taught to open our celestial eye,which is the eye of clairvoyance,the wisdom eye,which is the power of intuitive insight,and even the objective eye,which  is the power to see things as they are 'in reality'.Maybe even the enlightened eye,which is the power to see both absolute and relative truth,encompassing all the other eyes.Because we were not taught these things at our proper stage of development,it is very hard, but very possible for us to do.,as many have done,  as an adult.

Our view of 'reality' is determined by our words.
Words used in Western society,make us believe and arrange our lives round a time schedule,a past, a future, and a present. The latter most people ignore.Subject and object are very important to us.The divisions in our societies and the opposites are all emphasized by our words.This keeps us firmly in the matrix,as it makes sure that we do not live in the now.

An Amazon tribe, the Piraha, use a language totally unrelated to other languages used in the World,They have a totally different  perception of the World.They do not have an obsession with subject and object,and have no word for time or quantity.In fact they live in the now,and the past and future are of no interest to them.

B.Whorf had a theory that:"People are only capable of constructing thoughts for which they possess actual words"..This appears to have been supported considerably by the discovery that the Piraha people,when Peter Gordon, a Psycholinguist(people could get the wrong idea with a label like that) from Columbia University,tried to teach the tribe numbers, there  was no way that they could understand it.And he certainly tried, as he said he spent eight months trying to get them to count from one to ten, but they couldn't get it.Gordon stressed that the tribe were  by no means stupid, but were highly intelligent.This reminds me of the Saki story when a Professor trying to teach an Elephant German irregular verbs,gets  trampled to death!

Gordon claimed;"A people without terms for numbers doesn't develop the ability to determine exact numbers".

The Piraha tribe don't understand numbers,because they have no words for numbers.What, I wonder,don't we understand,because we lack certain words?

I suspect that our language was programmed into us so as to restrict our view of the World so we perceive it in a certain fixed way,and this was done to us by an outside medium.

I also suspect that a certain way of pronouncing a word,a special powerful word,can probably cause changes in front of our eyes.What people would call miracles. Without knowing those words or the right way to say them though, means we do not know how to do this.

Words when spoken, or written,or silently said create a vibration and this vibration has power and energy.

Dr.Masaru Emoto claims that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water.When he says words like love, peace or harmony over a glass of water,he says(and he has proof)that the structure of the water changes; he has photographed this to show beautiful and intricate crystal patterns.You can check out his pictures on you tube.Whereas, if negative words are said,the water has trouble forming crystals.This also effects food.So, before you eat or drink anything it seems a good idea to mutter a few positive words!

Breath is  audible and a word is really a more pronounced utterance of breath that is made to be a word by the movement of the mouth and tongue.
Every word you speak is sending out a vibration and an energy field.
Wagner said that he who knows the laws of vibrations knows the whole secret of life.

In the future will we be able to say a word,for example, like garden,and a garden will suddenly appear before us?.We may have the ability now,but because we didn't learn it when we  were children, we cannot do this.Does this sound far out to you?I wonder how many things said in the past, sounded impossible.

But even if we can't make wonderful scenes appear before our eyes now,we can make our lives and other peoples  lives better,if not wonderful, by using the right words.

So when in conversation with anyone, remember to choose your words carefully,because as the Buddha said;"Words have power to both destroy and heal.When words are both true and kind they can change the World.One should cultivate a loving kindness towards all the World".And:

"Better than a thousand hollow words is one word that brings peace.The tongue like a sharp knife kills without drawing blood".

Proverbs13.2 :"From the fruit of his lips a man enjoys good things".

Proverbs21.23:"He who guards his mouth and his tongue keeps himself from calamity".

Matthew 12.36:Men will have to give account on the day of judgement for every careless word they have spoken".

Matthew 12.37: "For by your words you will be acquitted,and by your words you will be condemned".

1.Peter 3.10:"Whoever desires to love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit".

You can test out the power of words yourself. If you say certain words  such as love, peace and harmony you can feel the effect these words have on you.If you say or think of words like hate,anger  and war you feel in a different space,and it's not a pleasant area to be in.

When angry or drunk or that fatal combination ,both angry and drunk. horrible words seem to come from nowhere and seem intent on hurting or causing pain to the one you are talking to.Perhaps these words don't come from nowhere.When in a low negative state are we attracting lower dimension beings who enter into us?Is it really evil entities that are using our mouths?

If this is so,all the more reason to make sure that we are careful not to descend to a low negative frequency.

I reckon today and everyday an awful lot of people are in a negative vibe,and a lot of negative words are said all day long. This has got to change, if we want the World to change,

At the moment the old order is dying.Look around and you can see it.A real ,but slow, transformation is emerging into the light.

"It's just a simple choice right now between fear and love.The eyes of fear want you to put bigger locks on your door,buy guns,close yourself off.The eyes of love see us all as one".The late,great Bill Hicks.

The old values of competition, rivalry,greed and hypocrisy  are going to be thrown far, far away.They don't work;they never did.Look at the history of our species;it's almost an example of how not to live on a planet,with it's fixation on  war after war, after war, after war.Look at the History Of War in four minutes on this blog(it's a video) to drive home the truth of this.

As the darkest hour is just before the dawn,so we ,as the human race are waking up to get ready for a truly different kind of day.

The night has been long,and we got lost in the dark,and have been asleep too long.

We have been governed,controlled,tied up and tied down.We have been slaves to fear.

As the Buddha said:"The whole secret of existence is to have no fear."

We can all help get rid of this fear that has so firmly established itself on the frequency we are operating on, by changing our thoughts and our words.When we speak ,let it  produce harmony,not fear or anger.
If enough of us can do that,and no it's not easy in today's selfish World as there are more than enough things to make us lose our cool.But we have to try,and the more we practice  being mindful of what comes out of our mouths,the easier it becomes a habit.

Most of us know someone who uses negative words all the time,and this is just a habit.By the same token,we can make it a habit to use good uplifting,encouraging, positive words throughout each and every day.

In this way, you are, believe it or not,changing the World!

Five Lies Most People Believe.

If you hear something said enough times,even if it is a complete lie,you will eventually believe it.This seems to be the yarn that has been meticulously spun into our mass consciousness.

The five lies below have been fed to us through almost every orifice, at least through our ears and our eyes,and from every angle.It just feels like every orifice because we have heard it so much.

Newspapers,magazines,documentaries,books and news items repeat these whoppers as if they were sacred,obvious truths.On top of this they have the audacity to infer that anyone who doesn't believe them is either stupid or a useless trouble maker,and ,of course, a conspiracy  nutter.

A bit of research will show you how obvious it is that we have been lied to on a massive scale,on a daily basis,about these five particular subjects-and I hasten to add, myriads more.

These are the five lies .

1.The World Is Over Populated.
This is like a background wallpaper to our lives.
Yet the fact remains,according to the Agriculture Information site more than 97% of the surface of the Earth is empty.That is a lot, I think you will agree.So much so that it is hard to believe; I kept going back to the site to check that I had read it right.In fact, I'll go back now, as it does seem such a high percentage..Yes, that is the correct figure,which is truly amazing when you think of what people like Bill Gates keep saying..
.Also, the entire population of the World would fit into Kansas.

I was going to go on, but what's the point.I mean there really is no need to say more is there?.

The reason people accept the belief  that the world is full of too many people, is because most of us live in crowded cities.So when you hear the mantra that there are too many people on the planet, you look around and think;"Yer, They're right,it is crowded".

But they are not right;it's a blatant lie.A good excuse to kill as many of us as they can.What did Bill Gates say?Something about birth control and vaccines solving the problem.I'm surprised that he didn't mention Chemtrails,our water supply and food as a means to do this also.

2.Fluoride Is Good For You.

According to the Global Healing Centre site, Fluoride is highly toxin and used to be used as a rat poison and insecticide.Fluoride has been shown to enhance the brain's absorption of aluminium-the substance found in most alzeimers sufferers
According to this site,it is not good for your teeth(surprise, surprise)because it discolours them.But this is not all it does , by a long shot.This seems to be a multi-purpose poison.It damages the nervous system and causes muscular degeneration.Also a number of studies have linked fluoride to 10,000 cancer deaths per year,in particular bone cancer.You may consider changing your brand of toothpaste.

3.Bin Laden Was Killed In 2011.

According to infowars site in the Corbett report(James Corbett is a very reliable reporter) dated 21.5.2011. - in July 2001 Bin Laden was flown to the American hospital in Dubai for kidney treatment.On the day that changed the World, 9.11.2001.when he was meant to be in a cave hatching his James Bond like fiendish plot against the World, he was in a  Pakistan Military hospital.

On 26.12.2001 Fox News reported that the Afghan Taliban had officially stated that Bin Laden had died earlier that month,and had been buried 24 hours later.

It's interesting to note that no videos or photos of the  Navy Seals attack on him,or of his 'burial at sea' were released.We were told that the burial at sea was in accordance with Muslim customs,which is odd because although they permit burial at sea, it is very rare.Those same Navy Seals who were meant to have carried out the operation all died in a Helicopter crash on 6th August 2011.Dead men can't talk or,horror of horrors,blow whistles.

4. Vaccines Are Good For You.

According to the Health Board site vaccines are bad for you as they contain Mercury-one of the most toxic substances on this planet.Also the site claims that vaccines can cause cancer,s.i.d.s. autism and more.
According to the Organic Health site.when a mass swine flu vaccination was given to people,more people died after taking the vaccine than those who did not,
Autism was very rare two decades ago,and yet now 1 in every 91 American children get this.The Amish people do not take vaccines;there is absolutely no autism among them.
The site goes on to say that cervical cancer vaccines have crippled and killed a significant number of young girls.

5.Global Warming Is Caused By Humans.

According to the Daily Mail.30.3.2012., in an article by Ted Thornton- the whole of the Earth heated up in Medieval times without human C.O. emissions.The warming was far reaching and not limited to Europe.Ted Thornton comments that this throws doubts on latest statements that declare that we  have caused Global warming.

Although I have mentioned a few sites, there are hundreds of other sites who are saying the same things and more.

So there you have it These five lies are just the tip of the iceberg.In fact, it looks like watching the mainstream news nowadays is like watching fiction.Some rich banker or Government official says something,often without anything to back up his claims, and it is dutifully reported as fact.No journalist bothers to check if it is true.Mind you, if he did, and he found out it was a lie , he would probably not be allowed to report this, and if he insisted, would be sacked before he could tell the people the truth

Don't forget that people once believed that the World was flat,and if you dared to question this, you were in deep trouble.Isn't that similar to what happens,if by some fluke say, an anti-over population advocate appears on T.V..He will be attacked and even laughed at.And to even let it cross your mind that Bin Laden wasn't killed in 2011,well ,you must be missing something in your brain.Like, it hasn't been washed?

Chemtrails,Nothing But Chemtrails From Now On.

With humble apologies to that brilliant songwriter Irving Berlin, who wrote that classic'Blue Skies'.

Chemtrails spraying on me
Nothing but Chemtrails do I see
Bluebirds dropping down dead
Nought from the media is ever said.

Never saw the Sun shining so bright

On a sombre note, according to the Conscious Life News Site these Chemtrails contain  at least 12 different toxic metals at levels that far exceed the permitted levels,including levels of arsenic(a toxic poison) that are 418 times the permitted level.
And some people still believe that those who have power over us, have our best interests at heart!Unbelievable really;it seems the brainwashing still works on some unfortunately.

How To Wake Up From Your Fevered Dream.Chapter seventeen.

More and more souls who lack empathy and compassion,who are in positions of power are trying to take the World down to a lower vibration.The reason this is happening is, that the higher vibration of love and truth is now penetrating through to the masses on the planet,and we are now in, a sort of battle between the souls of light and the souls of darkness.To be dramatic this could be called the final conflict.It is not an easy time to live in.

The fruits of these souls of darkness can be seen everywhere in the World.Such souls cause suffering, ranging from slight, to severe, to injury and to death.They cause anxiety, fear, worry, illness,suicides, divorces, fights, violence,sleepless nights and general chaos and confusion.If you follow the Western tradition of religious  belief you could call these the results of Satan's work.What these people do is evil,regardless of what label they give it.
This war, if you want to call it that, is taking place at other levels that we don't have access too. We are only aware of its manifestation in our narrow dimension,and we observe it in a different way  as it would be seen if we were not on this frequency.
Our lives are being controlled by these evil ones.The agenda they have in mind is to bring us down.


A good example of this is the so called austerity measures that have been inflicted on  almost every country in the World.Any politician who had compassion in his heart,could not have dealt out so much pain to so many people.Any banker,who had a hint of compassion in his heart,could not have kicked people out of their houses, on to the street,because of  a few non -payments of mortgages with their obscene interest rates.Any policeman with a speck of compassion in his heart could not pepper spray a young student who is only exercising his constitutional rights.

Any Government who slashes disability benefits,welfare benefits,funding for health and education,reduces pensions,raises taxes by absurd amounts,wipes away workers rights, and reduces pay for the people who are already on low pay,is not a Government for the people;it is not a Government who cares at all about you.
These same Governments usually spend far more on buying weapons,than they ever spend on the welfare of the very people who voted them into power.

The time is here for the great change,the great awakening,and it has to start with each individual.The old order is collapsing;it is out of date,although it is still desperately trying to keep its fixed structures in place.
The "I'll grab what I can,and kick you out of the way ", attitude has reached its zenith,and the only way it can now go is down: back to the lake of brimstone it came from.

Each of us has a responsibility to do what we can , in even a small way,to try and change the dire situation the World is in ,and to stop it heading to chaos and disaster.  It starts in our hearts and minds.We have to counter the evil vibrations and  dispel the fog of fear that has been directed at all of us.

Love is  the only counter to fear.Our minds  are immersed in fear,and this fear keeps us trapped into the evil system.We should be in the World, but not of it.
We have to have Love and Compassion.

Let us understand what this type of compassion is.As Christmas Humphreys wrote in his book'A Western Approach To Zen': "Compassion must be sharply distinguished from the human feeling of love.It is Love as a higher third to hate/love, as Truth is beyond truth/falsehood.It is completely impersonal, a fact not easy for many to digest. The Lama Trungpa called it 'selfless warmth."
The 'Voice Of Silence" calls it " The law of laws,eternal harmony, a shoreless universal essence,the light of everlasting light the law of love eternal"

This compassion has no thought of sacrifice,or of duty or of reward.
Humphreys also Quotes D. T Suzuki, that great Zen Master;" We can never save ourselves altogether,as a unit;not just an individual unit but the totality of individual units as a whole-then there comes real compassion".And one more quote from Humphries;" Love then, in the sense of  Compassion with the eyes of wisdom,is indeed the greatest force we know,and utterly applied all day would change the individual beyond recognition and in time mankind".

With the above thoughts firmly embedded in us, try the following exercises;They are designed to get you off the grid.the matrix , and to weaken the vice like grip the ego has on  us all.

Think of the Sun's rays entering the top of your head,then flowing down your spine filling up your body,with your stomach(your centre) and heart overflowing with this force of Compassion and Love.

Feel the presence spreading out from heart and belly sending out its message to all you come in contact with.
"Fill your mind with Compassion".The Buddha.
Don't do this once, but make it a habit you do all the time, no matter what situation you find yourself in.
"Because we all share an identical need for love, it is possible to feel that anybody we meet, in whatever circumstances is a brother or sister.".The Dalai Lama.
"Love one another as I have loved you".John 13.24.
"He that dwelleth in love,dwelleth in God and God in him". John 4.16.
"He who loves God loves his brother also".1John 4. 20.21.
"Love they neighbour as yourself".James 28.
Your life will be transformed if you do this; a complete turning over of your life and circumstances will take place.

Your life will be lived in a world of magic-where all you need and want you will have.You will be happy.Remember what Jesus said;"Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven and all these things will be added unto you".

It is a choice now between fear and love.It's up to you.

Create Your Holographic Reality.

Some might say, why promote creating your own reality,when on this blog I upload chapters from my book on how to become you who you really are, and how to find the true meaning of your life?

Isn't this contradictory?
All that stuff about non-attachment in the book and now  it's:"Hey.I've got this great desire to life a great life, and I'm going for it!"

I gave this some thought,but after realizing that we create our own reality now without realizing it, and   most of that reality we do not like,I  came to some sort of understanding on this.

Why should we have a low-grade reality inflicted on us,when with a few flicks of the switch as it were,we can have a super grade reality?

In other words,we're making it up anyway,without consciously deciding what we want.So, instead why not consciously decide what we want,instead of accepting stuff in our life that we don't want.
It makes sense; no guilt!

Christopher Westra has written a truly ground-breaking book called;"I Create Reality-Beyond Visualization -How To Use Holographic Creation To Manifest Your Desires."

He claims that creating reality holographically is beyond visualization.

As he says on his site;"Wouldn't it be amazing to manifest what you want and take part in the Great Awakening that is occurring on this Earth  right now".

In the "I Create Reality" you are told how to create baby holograms of your desires out of light and sound,and explains how these baby holograms are real entities.He goes on to teach you how to put the holograms in the soil of the Universe,and how they will grow into full-size holograms that you will meet in your physical experience.

I've known about visualization from way back,long before the book The Secret took the World by surprise.After that book, a lot of people jumped on the bandwagon.

Westra has also known about visualization for, he says,twenty years,and no, he is not just another author riding on the tail of The Secret.

As I wrote earlier I know quite a bit about this subject after reading so much on it,and in my view the author of this book knows his subject very well.He is genuine.

I have read probably a dozen books  on how to create your reality,so when The Secret came out I thought it wouldn't tell me something I already knew.I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I was wrong.

The three best secrets in The Secret were;
1.Do not project your desires into the future;feel and believe as if you have in your life now ,what you desire.
2.Even saying :"I don't want money" means you still attract it,as the 'I don't" is ignored by your subconscious.From this you can see how easy it is to attract your fears!
3.Be grateful for your  present situation, whatever it is.

But Westra goes further,and his ideas fit in perfectly with the latest  beliefs and discoveries about the holographic Universe.His theme also ties in completely with secret occult teachings known among Yogas and some  Buddhists.

These teachings are not common knowledge. In fact, such secrets were considered so valuable,that the monks in Tibet did not even write them down,  but passed on the secrets to a select few orally.

One secret is that every thought you think creates a formless seed in your mind,and this formless seed, if properly cultivated,will grow and manifest in the world of form.Form comes from the formless.
So when Westra says" the visual images you'launch' with the proper energy,emotions and expectations will materialize into physical existence", he is basing this on age old secret beliefs most people are totally unaware of."I Create Reality" is a well researched book.

It is possible to create the life you want to live,as hard as it is for some to believe.

You can be happy,gain control over your life,have financial abundance, and enjoy a loving relationship.


These are things that you should have What's holding you back?.Is there some hidden message lurking in your subconscious,telling you(without you hearing it)that you are not worthy to live such a life, or similar nonsense that has been restricting you for years, if not your entire life?

If you do what is written in the book you should get the life you want.
If you really want a different life, you have to start thinking differently.

John Raptis,A Great Greek Guitarist.

I have been extremely fortunate in my life, in meeting and sometimes working with some truly excellent musicians.One  of these was Bob Wood, the Scottish Folk singer I mentioned in my previous post.His style is strictly Folk performed brilliantly,whereas John Raptis has a very different style;it's a fusion of Jazz,Blues,Funky Rock and a whole lot of Soul,also performed brilliantly.Mind you, I'm sure if he played Folk it would be top-notch.He is, as I found out when I was lucky enough to work with him,very versatile.

I met him quite a few years ago through someone else.We got on very well together,and before long I was recording some of my songs with him and a few other  musicians  in his Underground studio in Athens.

It was fun and it was great to work with John .His guitar playing and  general.musical skills,not to mention his know-how about recording,always knocked me out.

He was also,unlike some I have met,very humble about his multiple musical abilities.

Cast Out The Money-Changers.

According to the Gospels in the Bible, Jesus only got angry once.He got angry as the Greeks are angry now, and for similar reasons.More of that later.

The people who voted on 6.5.2012 in the Greek elections made it blindingly clear that they reject the over the top austerity measures.

George Papandreou has now got his referendum;the suggested referendum that annoyed the I.M.F.and the E.U. so much.

The people have spoken, but no one seems to have heard them.
So what happens?

A game of musical chairs starts that has no bearing on what the Greeks want or voted for.
What is the President's role here?Surely he should have intervened and simply put in the anti-austerity members in Parliament?

The musical chairs game is played in a desperate bid to give those vastly superior beings than us mere normal people,time to work out how to put in Parliament, only those who agreed to the most savage austerity programme  ever introduced in any country  in the World in peacetime.

I can just imagine the frantic telephone calls bouncing between the money worshipers here and those in the Tower of Babel in Europe.

If the anti-austerity parties are not allowed to govern Greece,it proves,beyond any shadow of doubt, that Democracy (oh, that word is always trotted out,followed by ,how lucky we are to live in one) is dead and rotting in the ballot boxes.

I Know all that rubbish about numbers; how the maths doesn't add up,and how it would be impossible for such parties to get enough seats,or whatever other hogwash we are told.
Desperate times need desperate solutions.
Where there is a will, there is a way.
The trouble is that there is no will whatsoever to allow such anti-bail out  figures to enter the sacred site of Parliament.

"If only we had another few weeks,maybe we can turn the tide".Is this what was being said earlier in the week.?Maybe another election will solve the problem.

Then we would be bombarded from all angles on how foolish it is to reject a life of misery,and how we should keep the bankers rich,and how we have to make sacrifices while the Politicians and the bankers won't.And it is, of course, all for our own good.
 Yes, for our own good to have 10 years of fewer jobs,less service, crumbling health care,crippling taxes, lower pensions,lower wages,no workers rights, rising crime,more sickness, suicides, and the list goes on and on.

It's laughable in a sick way.
Who but a fool or a banker or the super rich, would want that.

The arrogance of those who hold power is astonishing.The peoples wishes mean zilch.Only the Elite are allowed to carry their plans through;any sniff of opposition is crushed in any way possible.

Today though, things have changed, as the latest opinion poll  claims that the most popular anti-austerity party would win any elections next month.So the powers that be are in a frantic rush to form a government now that supports the old, dead deal.
It is a true Greek drama.
Two thousand years ago Jesus had a similar drama.

The only time that Jesus got angry was, according to Mathew 21.12.,when he saw the money changers in the Temple.He over turned their tables and cast out the money changers,as he cast out demons from people.

Most Greeks believe in Christ and believe His life should be an example for us.all.

It is so good to see the Greek people following Christ's example.

How To Wake Up From Your Fevered Dream.Chapter Sixteen

As  implied in the previous chapter, love is almost looked upon by some as not being realistic in this world,and sort of 'soft'.How absurd!
This only goes to show how far we have drifted from our true selves.If you accept that you are really love and love is all there is,you will get my meaning.
Doesn't it strike you that all the true great teachers of mankind declared that love was the answer to all our questions.They kept talking about love.They knew without any doubt what this amazing display of light and sound was based on: love.

Why then,all this non-love stuff?
The hate, the violence, the suffering?
Such questions we have been  asking for ever.
The answer to these questions , is not to ask them!

To ask such questions is a bit like you on the Titanic,and asking why the ship is sinking.What you should be doing is trying to escape.

How do you go home, when you have to go home, when you are already home, but don't  know it?

How do you cross the river,when you have to cross the river,to get to the other side,when the other side is the place you are now standing on?

Non attachment and love.
No grasping,no clinging, no planting seeds.
Simple clear awareness without judging.
Behind everything though is- love.

Christmas Humphreys in his book A western Approach To Zen.
In the same book Humphreys tells us that Thomas Merton once had a long talk with the Zen Master D.T. Suzuki.At the end of the conversation Suzuki said;"The most important thing is love".
This is interesting because a lot of people accuse Zen of being 'too cold'

"let us love one another, for love comes from God.Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God".1.John 4.

"Whoever does not love, does not love God, because God is love".1.John 4.

"The law of love will work, just as the law of gravitation will work whether we accept it or not.Just as a scientist will work wonders out of various applications of the laws of nature,even so, a man who applies the law of love with scientific precision can work great wonders"'Gandhi.

"The person who discovered the law of love was a far greater scientist than any of our modern day scientists"Gandhi.

With the above sayings in mind, here is another exercise to help you be closer to who you really are.

The Sun gives us life.Without the Sun,life, as we know it, would not be.

Imagine the Sun's rays- it is easier to do this when the Sun can be seen, but if it isn't visible, it doesn't matter, because we all know that the Sun is up there in the sky- penetrating into your whole being.

Think of the Sun's rays filled with positive energy,good vibrations, and that its light is love itself.
Feel these rays of all that is good caressing and nourishing all the organs of your body.They are healing any ailments, any parts of you not in harmony,anything in you, including the mind, that is not right.

You feel filled with a positive force,and  that the healing energy of the Sun has flooded your entire being.

As you go about your daily activities, think of yourself as a transmitter that is sending love energy out from you.This love energy should go out to everyone you meet, including those who cause you conflict.

How To Wake Up From Your Fevered Dream,chapter fifteen.

We,the human race,have now got to get our act together.If we don't ,well, if you think things are bad now, they most likely, will only get worse and a lot worse.
We have to wake up from our fevered dream..

Remember,what is going on in your mind changes what is going on in the World.We have to change how we think,how we imagine,in fact, re-arrange our mindset.A revolution,if you like,in our whole way of looking at life.
 Something is very, very wrong,and the politicians and bankers won't change it as they like it this way.Only we, the people can change it.
The more we have fear and worry as the driving force in our whole way of thinking,the more events will get worse.And the more things get worse , the more  fear and worry we will be burdened with.
Fear is the biggest killer of all.Fear is the weapon that has been used for centuries to keep the human race in submission.Fear of going to Hell when you die was used in the past.Now though,there are countless fears.Take your pick; fear of illness, fear of lack of money,fear of being attacked and robbed,fear of the next epidemic, fear of radiation poisoning, fear of extreme weather, fear of... well, the list just goes on and on.

To banish fear is no easy task, but it can be done by embracing a new habit of never entertaining fear.You have to be in  a place where fear cannot enter.That place you can be in is called love.

The following is by the Dalai Lama:
1.Spend 5 minutes at the start of each day remembering  we all want the same things(to be happy and to be loved) and we are all connected to one another.
2.Spend five minutes breathing in cherishing  yourself,and breathing out cherishing others.If you think about people you have difficulty cherishing think about them anyway.
3.During the day extend that attitude to everyone you meet.Practice cherishing the 'simplest' person to people you dislike.
4 Continue this practice no matter what happens or what anyone does to you.
Great stuff!

You can carry this even further.
You can look at the wonder of nature with all its magical parts,and extend your appreciation and love to all of it.Send, like a beam of light, your  good feelings of how much you cherish those trees you see,those flowers, the grass, the animals.

As you look at a tree imagine the feelings of  goodwill you feel for it going from your heart to the tree's 'heart'.

Do the same with any sights of nature that you see.

"One should cultivate a loving kindness to all the World"- Sutta Nipata.

"Even offering 300 bowls of food 3 times a day does not match the spiritual merit gained in one moment of love".- Nagajuna.

The ego is quick to anger,but as stated in an old text, said ,I believe, by the Buddha;"In a controversy the instant we feel anger, we have already ceased striving for the truth and have begun striving for ourselves".

And think how that anger is busy planting seeds to create more trouble!
It's just not worth it.

When you feel angry, stand back and watch the emotion with detachment..It won't be able to plant any seeds if you do this.

"Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love, that is the eternal rule".- Buddha.

"Conquer the angry man by love".-Buddha.

As you know from your own experience this is not the way the ego likes to operate.If someone attacks you verbally, your automatic response immediately comes into play.Most of us are on automatic pilot and little more than robots.

By not playing out this ego-game you allow your true clear consciousness to break through the clouds of ego.The more times you can do this, the more your true self will emerge.Practice it, because the rewards are literally out of this World.

If enough people have peace and love, not hatred and anger in their hearts, the World will have to change.Peace and love seem to get a bad press, as if it is naive and almost'sissy' to have these wonderful qualities.This just goes to show how sick our World is,and how far we have wandered  from the correct way of living.

When war and attacking  other countries is  considered normal behaviour,when police beating innocent demonstrators up is accepted by society,when certain segments of our society earn massive amounts of money while others starve is taken as the way things are, then we are in big trouble,as we are right now..

The News  supports war and hate,and when you watch it you accept such atrocities as part of the human lot.

Well, it doesn't have to be this way.
A revolution doesn't start in the street,it starts in my heart and  in your heart .
     

Do Smokers And Drinkers Live Longer Than Athletes?

According to Dr.Joel  Wallach on his Secrets To Defeating Disease site, statistically, they do.

Sounds amazing at first site,but he has evidence to back it up.

I recently started noticing how many young athletes have tragically, been dropping down dead, with the cause of death being heart attack or stroke.

I found this very odd.I mean,aren't these people usually considered the fittest of them all?
In fact, I suspected that maybe something in the air was in some way having a fatal influence on people who exert themselves on a regular basis.

I even suspected chemtrails or H.A.A.R.P. It is possible that one of these or even both are the culprits, but ,it seems, there could be a more commonplace reason.That is , if what  Dr.Wallach says is true.

He says that 200,000 athletes die each year in the U.S.A.I presume he means suddenly die.Later he claims ,in a comment underneath his site, that he got this figure wrong and, in fact, it is double this amount- 400,000.

It is rather disturbing. For years we have been told that  to keep fit we should do strenuous exercise; that is, enough movement to make us really sweat, increase our heartbeat considerably,and stretch ourselves as much as we can.
It seems , that the exact opposite is true,and this doesn't  keep you fit, but kills you- according to the Doctor.

It is stated that by sweating so much, we are sweating out all the essential elements that keep us fit. If these are not replaced, that's it, we are in big trouble.And, usually, they are not replaced, however much we try to replace them.

It makes sense when you think of how much training the average young athlete does nowadays.He, or she usually trains everyday, and pushes himself or herself  to the utmost limit.
The reason for this is that  competition is so fierce. A sign of the times.

I doubt, though don't know, that in the past, such training was so extreme.

If you give this matter a few moments thought,you will realize that we are not meant to treat  our bodies in this way.Put simply, it is too much of a strain on us; our bodies were not designed for such treatment.
It is activating the fright and  flight response  every  single day.

Naturally, we are meant to do light  exercise,and if you go way back,our ancestors would walk, bend, stretch and stoop  to pick fruit or vegetables.Later, they might have had to run after animals for short periods,  but not, I doubt, every single day of their lives.

The only time that they had to break into a run or really push themselves was in times of danger. So they would not  sweat every day as modern athletes do,unless every day, all day, they faced danger, which is unlikely.

Yoga has always claimed that it is dangerous to exert ourselves too much,and we  should stop any exercise if we are feeling strain.Yet again,another ancient belief is being proven, it seems, to be true.

The good Doctor also claims that the body was meant to live for 120 to 140 years.

Some other gems:

!8 nations have a longer life expectancy than the U.S A.
The U.S.A. is the last in the World for preventing birth defects.
Oh yes, and those Doctors who have been telling us to do extreme exercise, do you know how long they live?

In the U.S.A. 58 years is the average life expectancy for a Doctor.

I just can't help wondering if Government agencies worldwide have known about the dangers of doing exercise until you almost drop,and that is why they have pushed this notion.
It would fit in with their plans to cull the planet.



                                                                                                                     

Worldwide Austerity Crimes Against Humanity.

According to Wikipedia the definition of Crimes Against Humanity is, in part,."..a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of one or more human beings.They are part either of a  government policy or of a wide practice  of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a government or a de facto authority".

The usual crimes we associate with this legal term are murder, torture etc.,but the definition also states;"Other inhumane  acts of a similar character  intentionally causing great suffering,or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health".
Also, to fall under the Roman Statute,a Crime Against Humanity-"must be part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian population".
Bear the above in mind when reading the following.Most of this information that follows  was gleaned from an excellent article by Mark Lowen from the B.B.C. News on 24.4.2012.

Olga and Tanya Yeritsidou, psychologists,are attempting to take the Greek government to The International Criminal Court(The Hague). alleging that the austerity measures introduced by the Greek government constitute peacetime Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity.
They are not alone,as they have a large group of people backing them.
Who are these people ? Activists, extremists or dissidents?
Not at all. They are the normal mix of middle class people,among them teachers and lawyers.
When asked why they are taking such action, Tanya said;"Austerity is pushing Greeks not just below the poverty line,but below the minimum needed for survival"
And Olga added to this by saying;"By taking away our income and our property,we don't have access to shelter,food,health and education".
They had filed a court injunction in Greece, but (surprise,surprise) this was not 'taken seriously' by the powers that be.
So they then decided to take the matter further.
Good for them!
Come on, citizens of  Spain,Ireland, Portugal, Italy,France and all the countries in the World who have been knocked flat by having their hard earned cash taken from them, their workers rights  ripped away,their human dignity stamped on, who have been humiliated and degraded,who have suffered serious injuries to body or to mental or physical health, why not do the same?
Maybe, just maybe, The Hague ,in between convicting anyone the U.S.A, or Britain thinks is an obstacle to their greed for natural resources or empire building,might,just might, take notice.
I guess that's Might with a very  big capital letter.

How To Wake Up From Your Fevered Dream ,chapter fourteen

We are,after all, only babies still sucking at our mother's breast.We are still on planet Earth, feeding of her.Being babies we think and act like them.We have got a long way to go before we grow up.

When we are older we will leave  our mother Earth,and seek out fresh pastures.That day has not yet come.
At the moment we are still very, very young.

For humanity to grow up collectively,unlike what happens to us individually here,whereas we are born without egos,but acquire them later,in the grand scheme of things,the opposite happens.
We have an ego now as humans,as we suck at our mother's breast-the Earth- but have to lose it to  enable us to get mature and to grow.

Some people think that if we abandon self then everyone would all be the same.
Well,we would, but at the same time we would be different.
The late ,great D.T.Suzuki,a Zen Master was enlightened as was the Buddha.Although they still had the same essence,I am sure they were still very different.The oak tree in your garden is similar, but still different to the one in your neighbour's garden.
We would not,if we lose our egos ,become clones.
Infinite consciousness celebrates its differences: look at the abundant life forms who are looking at life through different perspectives.

Have you ever wondered why we don't accept sickness,disease,suffering and death?
Simply because we know deep down  that these things are not meant for us.We are meant to be happy,living a life of joy,but we have lost our way badly.

If we don't change,then the Earth(a living highly intelligent being) will probably shake us off her and let another species take our place.

We are truly on the edge.Either the ego World continues and its destiny will only lead to utter destruction.We have seen too well the fruits of ego control in the form of mass starvation,.untold suffering,and that most absurd evil monster,war.

Wars have to stop.As Einstein said he didn't know what weapons would be used in the third world war, but in the fourth,it would be sticks.
Wars are only fought for greed,so a few sick lunatics can get more and more.Blood for oil.
We are fools to let this happen.But, then again,can we lash ourselves for this,when we have been constantly brainwashed to accept war as being normal; to accept injustice on a massive scale and situations that are evil as part of the human condition?
How on Earth can we accept brother killing brother whether black, white, brown or yellow?
We allow whole countries of starving people,so a few can get richer and richer.

What the mainstream media will never tell you is that :"today's World has all the physical resources and technical skills necessary to feed the present population of the planet or a much larger one".
"It is the rich who consume at least half of the World's food supply in the most wasteful possible manner"
This is  from How The Other Half Dies,by Susan George, Penguin books.
In the same book Professor Roger Revelle argues that we could support a population of 40 to 50 billion people.(page 45 of said book)
I doubt if the Professor or Susan George have ever been invited to the B.B.C.
This cannot continue.
The signs are that the ego constructs are starting to fall.The people in ever larger numbers, thanks mainly to the Internet,are, at long last, waking from their slumber, to the awful truth, that has been hidden from us for so long, that a  small number of families are milking us, and using every trick in the book.

The whole system is in free fall.Everywhere across the globe you see riots,demonstrations,marches,sit-ins,occupy this, occupy that movements that are spreading like wild fire.
Those who are aware and awake know that the whole system stinks.

Non-violence is the key.
As the Buddha said;"Conquer the angry man by love".

Our very sick rulers have controlled us through fear,punishment or violence.They have used us to better themselves.They have made us turn against each other for their own gain.

The know exactly how the ego works;exactly what buttons to push to bring the worst out in us, to make us hate and kill.
These people(are they really people?) have no compassion at all,and probably don't really know what it is.They have no love apart from self-love.

As I wrote earlier,maybe they really are a different species.

Compassion though is our weapon.
"Friendship is the only cure for hatred.the only guarantee of peace".The Buddha.

Peace is our sword and love our shield.
With these the World will be transformed.
