Friday Evening Rant.(2)

What a week it was in Greece.

The killing of the D.J . and hip hop artist Pavlos Fyssas   has caused a great wound in Greece, and a wound that will not heal quickly. Such a senseless act sent shivers down our spines. Has it now come to this- murder in cold blood on the streets of Athens ?

Yes, it has, and it's origin is in the evil austerity measures that have, without any thought by those who served such toxic poisons as to the outcome of such measures lead to crimes such as this.

One evil generates multiple more evil.

You get extreme parties like the Golden Dawn who always rise up in times of economic depression. A look at history will tell you this; the most recent example being the start of the Nazis in the nineteen-thirties in Germany. What a frightening resemblance those days have with what is going on in Greece now.

Governments, I was going to say, know this, but, .on second thoughts maybe they don't.I sometimes wonder if they really know anything,, and they are merely actors reading from scripts they don't really understand.

The real big-wigs, the ones behind the scenes though know about such things. These are the ones who tell the governments what to do.

Divide and rule; the oldest ploy in the book. It's worked for centuries and will always work while you have uneducated, half asleep, miss- informed, zombies who still believe that governments really care about people.; who still believe in left wing, right wing, middle of centre .

When will these fools realize that they are being used by the Elite ?

New Democracy, I suspect, had something to do with the formation of the Golden Dawn.. They say thousands of New Democracy supporters joined Golden Dawn, and most of the police are meant to have voted for them.

This is perfect for the government; get the extreme right hating the extreme left, and the people won't focus
on the real enemy , the government, the banks and the troika .

I even wondered if the killing of Pavloss  was actually a strategic move arranged by the powers that be to help  trigger that old divide and rule game.

While this has been going on, the never ending strikes by all and sundry, have been kicked off  the front pages.

How convenient for the government. Then again, perhaps not,. People are now blaming the government for letting Golden Dawn get away with such violence for so long.

Samaras, the Greek Prime Minister, keeps saying,:

" Greece is on the road to recovery."

" There is light at the end of the tunnel "

" The economy is on the road to recovery ".

This is a bit like someone driving a car who keeps insisting that the road is so smooth while you are bouncing up and down and keep hitting your head on the roof of the car .

Unbelievable really.

Greece is in a hell of a mess. The people have been screwed, sat on and spat at. I doubt that all the tear gas in the world will be able to stop an anger that has slowly fermented until it's reaching its highest specific gravity.

Put simply, the austerity measures in Greece have been over the top extreme, and the reaction to this, will also be over the top.

What did they expect ?
