Exercise Kills 100,000 A Year.

The Centre For Disease Control says that 100,000 young athletes between the ages of 13 and 30 drop down dead every year, either during exercise, or during an event, or immediately after, in the United States.

Now we know know why the governments keep promoting extreme exercise. They want to kill us off. Of course exercise is good for you, but in moderation. Yoga got it right; if you feel uncomfortable, stop. Never strain yourself. Have a brisk healthy walk every day; maybe run a little bit, but never, never strain yourself. You are only meant to do this , if you are threatened, never every day.

Don't listen to our nanny governments, but follow your heart feelings.To tune into your heart feelings, jump of the time track and live in the absolute Now.
