Your average member of the European Parliament earns 890% more than a Greek worker.
This figure is actually ' in reality ' higher than this as The Daily Mail reported incorrectly , that the average Greek worker earns 18,500 Euros a year, and , as anyone who works in Greece knows,this is complete crap, as who do you know who earns this ?
Members of the European Parliament earn 740% more than the average French citizen.
M.E.P's pay is 695% higher than someone who works in the U.K.The average U.K salary is said to be 23,038 pounds a year. Once again, I doubt this.. The reason I doubt these figures is because they are given by governments.
German workers we are told have an average salary of 23,665 Euros a year, so M.E.P"s earn more than 674% than they do.
The average M.E.P has an income of 183,826 pounds, a year including allowances for attendance and travel.
What a rotten, rotten world we live in.
